How are number of particles per parcel calculated for unsteady DPM simulations?

      While setting up unsteady DPM, evaluating number of particles per parcel may be done to avoid particle numbers < 1. This makes the setup unphysical. A very large particle number, on the other hand, may result in issues such as high localized sources. Number of particles per parcel can be evaluated as (parcel mass/particle mass). Parcel mass can be obtained as (injection mass flow rate * injection time-step size/no. of streams per injection). Particle mass can be calculated as (particle volume * particle material density) Please refer to the attached PDF file for an example.
