Resolution
Follow below steps to check if DigiCert certificate is available on your machine:
- Download attachment “curl_7_53_1.zip” and extract
- Rename curl.exe.tmp to curl.exe
- Right click on the file ca-bundle.crt and select Install Certificate. Follow the instructions to install the certificate provided by curl.
- Next, download attachment “FneCertTest.zip” and extract. This contains a PowerShell script (FneCertTest.ps1) that checks if DigiCert certificate is available or not.
- Once renamed to .zip and extracted, from Windows Search launch “Windows PowerShell” in administrative mode
- Go to the location where you have unzipped the powershell script
- Enter powershell script name i.e. FneCertTest.ps1 and hit Enter. See below image.
- The above command should return DigiCert certificate.
- If DigiCert certificate is not listed, Download the certificate (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt) from the Digicert website: https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm#roots
- Right click on the file (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt)
- For the “Store Location”, select: Locale Machine
- Take the default response to any remaining questions.
- Once installed, try running Discovery products again.
