      Resolution

Follow below steps to check if DigiCert certificate is available on your machine:

      1. Download attachment “curl_7_53_1.zip” and extract
      2. Rename curl.exe.tmp to curl.exe
      3. Right click on the file ca-bundle.crt and select Install Certificate. Follow the instructions to install the certificate provided  by curl.
      4. Next, download attachment “FneCertTest.zip” and extract. This contains a PowerShell script (FneCertTest.ps1) that checks if DigiCert certificate is available or not.
      5. Once renamed to .zip and extracted, from Windows Search launch “Windows PowerShell” in administrative mode
      6. Go to the location where you have unzipped the powershell script
      7. Enter powershell script name i.e.  FneCertTest.ps1 and hit Enter. See below image.                                                                         width=
      8. The above command should return DigiCert certificate.
      9. If DigiCert certificate is not listed, Download the certificate (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt) from the Digicert website: https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm#roots                                                         width=
      10. Right click on the file (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt)
      11. For the “Store Location”, select: Locale Machine
      12. Take the default response to any remaining questions.
      13. Once installed, try running Discovery products again.
