      Level Set is required for surface tension dominated flows where the spurious currents need to be reduced by improving interface curvature calculation. Level Set is not compatible with polyhedral cells. So if adaption is creating polyhedral cells then it will crash. The workaround is use only VOF method instead of Level Set VOF.
