      FAQ: Unable to release / Unassign Discovery license

      The license management portal at myaccount.ansys.com is currently experiencing a problem preventing users and/or administrators from using the Release and Unassign functions.

       

      Work Around

      Affected users should submit a support request through the Discovery Forum and indicate they need to release a license.  The support team will locate the user’s Activation ID and have our admin team release it.

      Please do not post Activation IDs to the forum, as the forum is a public space and the Activation ID can be used access the software
