      発生ケース Hybrid Regions にて、IE Region と FEBI 両方に波源を設定した時 原因 ・IE Region を使って波源を設定した場合には、種類の異なる Hybrid Region の波源を同時に設定することができません 対策 ・波源を IE Region に統一するか、FEBI 側の波源を削除するかで解析を行ってください
