Discovery – Resolving error while accessing Subscription License Status
Problem: When you click on the Subscription License Status icon located at the upper right hand corner of SpaceClaim or Discovery 2020 R2, you may get following error:
Unexpected error from ANSYS cloud api trying to connect

Cause: The problem is being investigated by the licensing team. Although this issue is not generic and found on a few machines
