      There is no direct option to convert a beam to solid. One way to achieve this is right click on beam profile and select “Edit Beam Profile”. This will open the profile in a new session which will have the beam profile represented as solid. You can either copy this solid or its profile face or profile boundary, and paste into original session. Then align the profile geometry with beam and extrude it along the length of beam to get actual solid.
