      User should check the screen refresh button. If it sets to the manual screen refresh, turn off it so Auto screen refresh is on. This should get rid of the black view panel. To permanently turn off manual screen refresh, user can open the Autodyn configuration file “Autodyn.ini” in the user’s Autodyn folder, and then set the number under “manual_refresh_default” to 0.
