       3. Where can I find Ready-to-use scripts?

      Find examples of Ready-to-use scripts downloading the Additional Package on Ansys Customer Portal . In the Downloads page select the Release Version, Operational System and download the Additional Package in Add-On Packages section.

       

       

      4. How to save and run a Script?

      • Find the Scripts folder into the downloaded package.
      • Extract which script for Documents folder.



      • Open Ansys Rocky™ software, go to superior toolbar and select Tools then PrePost Scripts.
      • Select the desired script then click on the green play button in the PrePost Scripts.

              

      5. How to create a Script?

      You can use the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) of your choice, such as Visual Studio Code (VSCode), PyCharm, or any other preferred Python IDE.
