FAQParticipant
Which solvers support SPH Adaptive Size?
SPH Adaptive Size is supported with the following solvers:
- Implicit Incompressible SPH (IISPH) — Default and recommended solver.
It is recommended to use IISPH with the Relaxed Incompressibility Constraint enabled and to calibrate the associated parameter to average element size in order to reduce pressure fluctuations that may affect simulation results.- Weakly Compressible SPH (WCSPH) — Available for specific use cases where compressibility effects are acceptable.
The adaptive capability is fully integrated into the solver and does not require separate manual control during runtime.
