The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

When using Loft/Blend between two dissimilar profiles, it creates straight side faces. How to use Loft/Blend to create curved side faces between dissimilar profiles?

Create a duplicate profile either of first or second profile outside the blend area. If you duplicate first, offset it near the first profile only, and if you duplicate second, offset the profile near second profile only. Use 3 profiles to create the loft/Blend, this will create it as curved and tangent to all three profiles. You can then remove additional material created by slice. Please refer the attached image.
