In theory guide, equation 10-9, please clearly express the equation for S_FR(c,f). This is the value represented as PREMIX_CDOT in the flamelet table (not the PDF table).

In equation 10-9, the S_RF(c,f) is the finite rate source term of the progress variable, which is equal to the sum of Arrhenius reaction rates of co + co2 (which is our default progress variable), this is stored as premix_cdot in the flamelet table. This term is evaluated from the flamelet solution of species equations. This is the value before pdf convolution.
