Using the Sphere trick can be helpful: 1. Clear any selections, then go to Insert tab and click the Sphere tool. 2. Click approximately in the middle of the Fillet/Round, and add a Sphere that covers all of the Fillet/Round. 3. Select the Sphere and click Fill. This is a slightly different approach that allows SpaceClaim to remove complex geometry by working based on the surrounding surfaces and edges.
