For Optimization methods: MOGA, and Adaptive Single/Multiple Objective methods, why is the “number of initial samples” required to be greater than the number of my promoted parameters?

Ansys includes all Output parameters as promoted parameters, so the minimum number of initial samples is equal to the number of promoted input parameters plus all output parameters. In Ansys 19.0, they have removed the output parameters from being considered as promoted parameters in the initial sample calculation.
