      Assuming the model is not over constrained (no shared entities between multiple joints), try relaxing the joint tolerance with the command: CNVTOL,JOINT, The default value is 1.e-7. In one customer case, 1e-4 proved to resolve a convergence issue. As with all adjustments to convergence tolerances, be sure to check results carefully.
