Often administrators are used to setting the GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE ON keyword in the options file and assume they do not have to take care about small and capital letters. But the keyword is only working for names withing GROUPS and HOST GROUP lists (documented by Flexera). Therefore, e.g MAX 10 USER sampleuser is still case sensitive and will not work, if the application asks in the name of SAMPLEUSER, even if GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE is switched on. If administrators want to use the USER keyword within the options, they have to be aware of case sensitivity of this feature.
