I get this error when starting the solver: “error reported by io module: oicntc: offset array input is wrong.”

      This error message can be caused when the definition file written from CFX-Pre has encountered an error and did not complete correctly. Assuming your system is stable and has enough disk space, re-writing the definition file will solve this problem.
