      Solution1: Remove SpaceClaim (SCDM) reference files/folder. New will be created once user launch SCDM. 1. Close all applications related to ANSYS 2. Rename %appdata%Ansys to Ansys_old 3. Rename “C:Users#1234AppDataLocalSpaceClaim” to ‘SpaceClaim_old’ – [replace #1234 with your actual username.] Solution2: Check and manually install the prerequisited tools; located under %AWP_ROOT193%prereq
