      These commands can be used to eliminate stubborn hourglassing problems: edmp,hgls,1,5 edmp,hgls,2,5 edmp,hgls,3,5 These viscous hourglass control options were the “silver bullet” in one case where they eliminated the hourglassing. So, the Flanagan-Belytschko stiffness form with exact volume integration with default coefficient (0.1) appear to be the settings necessary.
