How do I create a linear temperature distribution on an area when I know the temperature on two lines?

      You can apply the temperature as a function of coordinates using tables or functions. However, a simple way is to just switch to thermal elements and apply the temperatures in a thermal analysis. This will produce the linear distribution, and those results can be imported into a structural analysis using LDREAD.
