      HFSS 3D Layout の Edit Layers 画面でレイヤーを削除しようとすると、 Layer “レイヤー名” has geometry and cannot be deleted.　 (訳：この層にはジオメトリー情報があるため削除できません) というメッセージが表示されて削除できない場合、 対象の層にあるオブジェクトを全て削除してから [Remove] を実行してください。 キーワード： HFSS 3D Layout, Layer, レイヤー, Remove, 削除
