Bolt pretension is a loading condition so it is not available in a stand alone modal analysis. However if you wish to study the effects of bolt pretension on the modal characteristics of a model, you can run a pre-stressed modal analysis. The bolt pretension is simulated in the preceding static analysis and you can use pre-stress from static analysis in the modal analysis which will give the modal characteristics based on the bolt pretension.
