      Discovery – Resolving error while accessing Subscription License Status

      Problem: When you click on the Subscription License Status icon located at the upper right hand corner of SpaceClaim or Discovery 2020 R2, you may get following error:

      Unexpected error from ANSYS cloud api trying to connect

      URL: https://subscription-api.ansys.com/api/v1

      Cause: The problem is being investigated by the licensing team. Although this issue is not generic and found on a few machines

      Recommended Solution: Subscription License Status icon provides details about the Named User (subscription) license. These license details can also be accessed from the Discovery account page through below mentioned link:
