      You can add command snippet and restart the analysis from a desired load step, provided you have restart point available for that load step. Please refer to “Modifications Affecting Restart Points” section at following link on ANSYS/Help to know more about how it affects restart points in case of command objects/snippets; help/wb_sim/ds_solution_restarts.html
