Hi everyone.

I am a college student who urgently needs a Zemax license to complete an assignment. My old license has expired so I applied for the free trial two days ago. However, no one from the Ansys team has reached out to me even though it was confirmed in mail that they would.

Any advice or insights are appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Abhijith Dileepkumar, 

Please reach out to your Ansys Account Manager or the channel partner/rep that you were in contact with when you purchased the license.

Otherwise, a 7 day evaluation license can be requested through the Ansys Optics/Lumerical Launcher.
