#Workbench Error

Dear,

I installed Ansys Student 2024 R1, according to the step-by-step instructions at https://www.ansys.com/academic/students/ansys-student.

When I ran the workbench with administrator access for the first time, this error appeared on the screen, not enabling the ansys tools.

  Hello Pedro,
  What is displayed when you click on "Show Details"?
  Also, under %TEMP%\ you should see a directory named WorkbenchLogs.
  There should exist log files under that directory. are any errors listed in the log file after running?

  Even I am having the same issue,
  Installed Ansys 2024R1 in the system, but not able to launch workbench.
  Installed multiple times but the same issue, after clicking show details it is showing blank cursor which is uneditable

It's the same problem that colleague Asim is reporting above.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, but this error still persists when opening Workbench.
