How do I optimise an AGARD wing skin shell by considering a constant concentrated force applied upward on the wing tip, which specific parameters do I use for the optimisation settings also the optimisation setup needs to find the minimum thickness of the wing before having any failure in the wing skin. -

SubscriberI read this pdf which describes the shape and material of the AGARD 445.6 wing. It seems that the design is fully defined.
If you want to change parameters, you have to decide what to change.
You also have to say what the objective function is that you are trying to minimize and what constraints you have on any parameters.
