      I am using journal file to connect Ansys workbench and MATLAB. When I want to change monitors' position from the journal file this error comes up. 

      How should I launch Fluent Editor?

      Hi,

      Goto start menu %appdata% and rename the Ansys and launcher folder to Ansys.old and launcher.old,  same way rename the .ansys folder to .ansys.old (%temp%) and rename .cfx to .cfx.old1, .fluentconfig to .fluentconfig.old1 (C:\Users\username).

      Try to use the application again.
