Why is there no Burnout Stoichiometric Ratio?

When I was burning this combusting particle in pulverized coal, I noticed that there was no Burnout Stoichiometric Ratio setting.
Is there an equation I am not turning on?
      Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi ,

The Burnout Stoichiometric Ratio and Heat of Reaction for Burnout are no longer available in the Create/Edit Materials dialog box, as these parameters are now computed from the particle surface reactions you defined in the Reactions dialog box. For more information refer to 20.7.2. Setting Discrete-Phase Physical Properties (ansys.com)
