I'm Eugenio. I'm doing an high number of steady state thermal simulation with radiation. I saw on the solution information that ansys write the view factor calculated into a file.

 WRITING VIEW FACTORS TO FILE

 

file.vf   

I need to change material properties or boundary condition, not the geometry.
there's a possibility to re-use that view factor? It willl be decrease a lot the time of each simulation.

Try using the VFOPT READ command.
