SubscriberHi,
I created one simple via in 3D Layout. There are three signal layer; top, inner, and bottom layer. The via was created from top to bottom layer, but the pad looks missing in the layer "3". I am seeing the Pads of Top and Bottom layer, but not in layer "3". Is it really missing or is there an option to turn on the pad in the middle layer?

Ansys EmployeePad in the inner layer will be seen if there is a geometry present in that layer that contains the via. for e.g. a plane, trace, pad etc. Please also check if the “Suppress Non-Functional Internal pad” Option is turned ON. You may turn it off to bring the pad to visibility if the pad is not connected to any geometry.

Ansys EmployeePlease chck to see if you have suppress non-functional internal pads.
go to menu Layout
in the option select objects and look at the vias sections. I believe you have the radial button select tt suppress Non-functional pads. This will make any internal pad that does not have a trace connected to the via on a given layer be suppressed.
