Ansys EmployeeIf the ANSYS Student or AIM Student product fails to launch after installation then one of the possible causes is that the product download was extracted into a path with special characters (&,@,^, arabic characters or symbols). When special characters are involved, the .net framework doesn't install during the Student Product installation. Â

Workaround:Â Install the products to a different folder name that doesn't use special characters. Â Â
Â
Note that a similar issue can occur when you PC's username has special characters- If you share your PC, avoid using special characters, so for example "paul&jane" wouldn't be a good choice.Â
