SubscriberI have activated a new entitlement of Ansys Lumerical FDTD. How can I make the host computer a server for the other remote computers in our lab?

Ansys EmployeeConfigure your license file with static ports and open the 3 TCP ports (1055, 1056, 2325) for access on the license server. https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500003726142-Ansys-entitlement-activation-and-installation
Then configure Lumerical 2021 R2 on the other computers to obtain the license from the license server machine where the ANSYS LM is hosted. https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026079294-How-to-obtain-a-floating-license

We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.
