The upgrade purports to be successful, but the resulting web page is dead. The frames are there, but none of the active fields have content, there is no Start/Stop button. The server continues running the old daemon and clients can check out licenses, but the managment interface is blank.Â
I manually shut down all Ansys related services before the upgrade, and even deleted them to make sure they were not running. OS is Windows Server 2019.
The server is a VM, so I restored snapshots after each upgrade attempt, getting me back to normal operation. But, my users can't access 2024 versions of Ansys until I get the vendor daemon upgraded.Â
Thanks for any help,

Hello Warren,Â
Can you please try updating the license manager to the 2024 R1 version and let me know?
