I am experiencing an issue with opening SpaceClaim 2025 R1 (Student Version). Whenever I try to launch the software, either through Start or Workbench, it does not open. Initially, the cursor changes to the hourglass icon, but then it returns to the normal state, and SpaceClaim does not start. I have attempted to resolve this by uninstalling the software, deleting all related Ansys and SpaceClaim folders, and reinstalling it twice, but the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. -

SubscriberThank you for your response. Regarding your question, SpaceClaim did not show any error message when launching. The cursor briefly changed to the hourglass icon, then returned to normal, but the software did not open.
I have since resolved the issue by resetting Windows and reinstalling Ansys. After doing so, SpaceClaim is now working normally.

Recreate the issue and check your event logs.
Go to START > Event Viewer > Expand the Windows Logs and choose Application> if it shows any error share the screenshot of it.
