Unable to install ANSYS. The setup wizard gets stuck on 100% as shown below. Please help!

  PS: The other apps were opened after the installation stalled. I have been facing the same issue for almost a week now. This is my fourth attempt at installing ANSYS and I encounter the same problem every time.n
