I am carefully reading the ANSYS Fluent User’s Guide Release 2024 R2 and Fluent Theory Guide 2024 R2.
Page 3194 in the User’s guide, Bin-i fraction (fi) is defined as follows.
However, I think, it should be "the fraction (or ratio) of the volume fraction for the ith size bin to the total volume fraction", which is defined on page 804 in the Theory Guide.
Could you please confirm this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you are right, I think the user's guide document needs correction.Â
