Hi all,

I am working with Workbench 2023 R1, using LSDYNA analysis. 

Is there a way to plot the total energy? I can only find internet and hourglassing energy (see picture)

Hello Sarah,

After you click on "Solution Information", under details of Solution Information, you can set Solution Output to "Energy Conservation" and that's where you can plot the total energy.
