SubscriberHello everyone, I would like to know if Ansys supports topological optimization of regenerative cooling channels with the purpose of reducing temperature.
In this case, I believe there would be a fluid domain to be optimized, based on the temperature field of the solid domain in contact.
Ansys has a structural topological optimization module, but I haven't been able to see the proper workflow yet.
Thanks in advance!

Ansys EmployeeHi Paulo, Fluent has a gradient based shape optimization model, not a topological optimizer. You can refer to this tutorial to get started. Chapter 29: Using the Adjoint Solver – 2D Laminar Flow Past a Cylinder (ansys.com)
