Yes, I would like to inquire whether Maxwell’s equations can accurately compute within the interval from lambda/10 to lambda/100.

Hello Jingxuan,
   Not really, recommended model size is less than lambda/10 (lambda = c/Freq, c is light speed). If larger than it, please consider to use Q3D or HFSS. Thanks.
