The Ansys Rocky2024 external module is not working properly

  When I was studying the official website document case 18-Chapter 18:Tutorial - Ribbon Blender，After the external module is not enabled, the case is calculated normally, and after the Rocky external liquid bridge module is enabled, the simulation is started, the information statistics interface pops up, and then the calculation is directly terminated without any error, and the same is true for other external modules

  You should make use of the 2024 R1 modules if you are using Rocky 2024 R1. Could you please check your versions?
