      Is this surface type not available for the student version?

      Thank you for reaching out to us! I believe you are correct the User Difined surface is not supported on Student version:

      thanks for your reply!

      I want to model micro lens arrays. Is there another way to do this with the student version? Non-sequential mode and composite surfaces are also not included on which I would have given a try.

      Hi Tobias,

      I am affraid I can't think of an alternative here apart from the two you have already mentioned (NSC mode and User defined surface). Unfortunately both are not supproted on the FREE Student varsion.
