SubscriberHello,
We are using an STK scenario to track the location of the International Space Station for our cadets. It has been working perfectly for about a year. Suddenly, about two weeks ago, we noticed the position of the ISS was "off" compared to online ISS trackers. We ran the problem down to the TLEs. In the scenario we had checked use the TLEs from Ansis. When I imported a TLE for the ISS from an outside group, the location of the ISS was correct. Â
So my question is am I doing something incorrect, or were the TLEs for the ISS from the server stale? We are such novice users, we did not know how to figure this out, hence my post here. Many thanks for any advice you can give us. Â

SubscriberGeoff,
sorry about the trouble, we had to make some changes which temporarily broke some of these capabilities. We have restored most capability but some hurdles remain. We are hoping to get everything back in the next few days.
So you may need to update your TLEs manually for a few days. Assuming you are on a recent version of STK, run the Data Update Utility
Â
then load the ISS from this TLE
hopefully the old method will work again in the next few days. Let us know if you cannot get this to work out

SubscriberThanks for the information Jens! We will just load TLEs by hand for now. I appreciate the help!
