Solver Out of Memory

  I got this error when running electrically large simulation.
  
  Matrix solver exception: SOLVER_OUT_OF_MEMORY: IE domain ID = 2
  
  Is this related to the available RAM capacity?
  How could I estimate the memory for the simulation? is there any other option to avoid this error?

  Thank you for reaching out and your patience is much appreciated.
  There is no exact rule to determine the RAM utilization for a simulation model.
  You can avoid this error by reducing the number of iterations or increasing the tolerance for the adaptive mesh process.
