SubscriberHey Guys!
I found myself in kind of difficult situation. The thing is that I am learning Ansys and it has been no smooth ride so far. After I thought I fixed all of the issues I tried to solve the model and it just gets to around 30 % and then it keeps on repeating these steps:
I honestly don´t know where is the mistake. Could you guys help?
Here are some snapshots of the model I´m working on. In a nutshell it is a rig that should hold seats inside a tram and I have to check if it is safe enough. My analysis settings are these:

Ansys EmployeeCheck the Solution Information to see what is happening. In addition to Solver Output, Force Convergence is usually informative. To see if the model is completely connected perform a modal analysis. If a part isn't fully connected it will produce a zero frequency mode that will indicate the unconstrained motion. Â

SubscriberHello Dave,
I have tried to update the normal stiffness from 1,0 to 0,2 (should help according to some tutorials) but I still did not reach Convergence. Here is how the Force Convergence graph looks like:
I also ran the Modal analysis and I have reached these results:
Does that mean I have unconstrained motion? How can I prevent that? Do you have some tips? Thanks!
