set up license failed

  You can find the correct host details in the 'Get system host ID information' tab on the left.
  Please create a new license file by using the correct details from 'Get system host ID information' tab and let me know.

  the problem is i have correct the host ID and re-imported the license. but the system still showed failed.
  do i have to reinstall all system?
