Script error

  Hi,
  I encountered this error when trying to open a model in ANSYS Mechanical. I uninstalled and reinstalled ANSYS, updated my graphics card, but the issue persists.
  The error message I receive is a JavaScript runtime error with:
  - Error Code: 80004005
  - Source: JavaScript runtime error
  - Script: return framePane.Pane.Closed;
  - Line: 97273
  - Char: 4
  Multiple script error pop-ups appear when I try to open the model.
  Could you please help me resolve this problem?

  Hi,
  Please rename the Ansys folder (%appdata%), to Ansys.old and try again.
