I just wanted to ask is there a way in Non-Sequntial method to minimise the RMS spot size on the detector?

Hi Mohityadav,
Thank you for reaching out to us! When you are working in Non Sequential mode, you can use the merit function to get the spot size or RMS spot size with the operand NSDD with the Pix# flag set to -9, -10 or -11. You can read more about the NSC Operands if you navigate into our help file documentation: The Optimize Tab (non-sequential ui mode) » Automatic Optimization Group (optimize tab, non-sequential) » Merit Function Editor (optimize tab, non-sequential) » NSC Operands
I hope that was helpful.
Kind Regards,
Niki
