Ansys EmployeeHi Inigo,
Run the ProductConfig.exe from C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\v2xx and configure the application again, by right-clicking the productconfig.exe file and select “Run as Administrator”> Unconfigure products then configure again by selecting all options. Make sure you run this as administrator and install all the prerequisites.
Let me know if this helps you -

SubscriberI have done what you said, but the error still remains. I am importing .igs file, I don't know if there is any problem with that, or if I need to get any CAD program installed.
Any other options I can look for?

Mostly design modeler should not have any issues while importing model then too view the below link IGES (*.igs, *.iges) (ansys.com)
Let me know if this helps you to resolve the issue, if not then please contact your Ansys Account Manager to have a direct session. Let me know who is your Account Manager?
